I don't think the majority of emmigrants would say that those staying behind are foolish and vice versa. the decision is a complicated one, what individuals consider are different.
it is a bit simple to think that so many people left hk is beneficial to hk as a whole. It is because it would accelerate the aging problem and if many enterprents leave hk, the economic conditions will be worsened. Almost all hk people will suffer subsequently!
